Q: numbness sensation in middle of back ???

i dont know if its from excersing or what, is this normal?
it doesnt last forever, it comes and goes and its like the middle of my back fell asleep... it just has a numb feeling.

Hello Vintagewaste,

I would suggest that you seek professional medical advice on this matter. Far better to do so now, rather than wait so long that things get worse.

I would recommend that you make an appointment with a neurologist/spinal surgeon as they are most knowledgable about spine issues.

Hope you will be able to find an answer to your "numb feeling".
