Hello to all,

As I have some kind of problems with neck and shoulder muscles, I have good experiences with all drugs with hydrocloride.

I have seen few years ago, that such a pills are good for Rheumatic Myalgia. Now I have no more such a pills, old doesn't help anymore (SIRDALUD, TRAMAL 500), I want to know:

1. What for is hydrocloride?
2. Why just those drugs help me?
3. Where can I find something else, instead of that?

Thank you,
Estrela

Hydrochloride is unlikely to be the culprit since it is a chemical found in every cell of your body with or without any drugs. The moity hydrochloride is used to make drugs water soluble so they will dissolve in your bloodstream.

Hello algosdoc,

Thank you for information.

I am writing that, because have steady muscle spasm all over head, face, neck and shoulder and only such a drugs help me.

It was good for 2 years: SIRDALUD 4 mg and TRAMADOL 500 mg (together) for 2 years. Now I need new one and can't find.
