There is a line that goes up my penis and I do not think it is a vain, but it looks more like a healed scar. Once u get to the forskin there is white bubble type thing on it that is a bit bigger than the line. There is one white bubble and a slighty smaller one under it. Can somone explain this please? It almost looks like the two bubbles are blocking the line like a clot or somthing. I have had this for as long as I can remember and It is on the forskin. I am currently 16 years of age..
