I am 21 years old and have recently noticed that my left breast (always a touch bigger) has filled out in what can only be the last few weeks. I am only an a-b cup as it is, and was a late developer which has made me secretly hope that I am just having a growing spurt - does this still happen in your 20s? Or could it be something more serious? I have checked for lumps and not found any although there is some tenderness (but to me it just reminds me of when they were growing in my teens).

It kind of sounds like you might be in the early stages of pregnancy. Is that a possibility???

My boobs grew when I was 22 and then again when I was 23-24. But I gained weight also. Have you been gaining any weight? Start any new b/c?
Aside from those few things, kissy has a good point to. Is this possible?

Pregnancy is highly unlikely coz i'm on the pill and have just had a period... Plus it's just the one breast. I have been on the same b/c for a few years and haven't gained any weight recently - if anything have lost some. I think i'll go check it out (hope the other one catches up though!)

If you work out- kick box, swim, benchpress etc- sometimes your chest muscles will grow bigger and cause your breasts to look as if they've grown, if your concerned you should have it checked out though
