I can't believe the sleazeball dared, after knowing you are pregnant, no less! I agree with going up higher in the chain-of-command, if nothing else, they impress that on every sailor (you said you were navy, right??). Also, get checked out quickly, if nothing else, for your own peace of mind. Maybe a medical person will help you get taken off patrol duty. Focusing on the future and the baby may help to ignore attacks your co-workers are giving; bet they are jealous!
As someone who was in the navy (enlisted), I remember the fear of becoming pregnant while in, and how it would affect me, how it would be, to be away from baby. Even though I was married. I was even more terrified when I returned to civilian life, no more safety net of the military. (of course that's when I first got pregnant!) I sense maybe that you might be scared of facing this with a baby, having to find and keep a job when the military is so "secure". We were extremely poor when this happened to me, but we still survived. Somehow.
If nothing else works, what about the chaplain?
I cannot fully understand the situation you're in, but I really do feel for you, and I will pray for you. I don't know much about mormons, even though a lot of my relatives are, but i've never known one to turn down prayer!
I hope all is and will be okay for u,
mr
