Im 4.4 weeks pregnant. --i think-- ive had 2 positive dollar store pregnancy tests,but has not been confirmed by a doctor. Im having shooting pains in my lower abdomen on the right side,sometimes there is a cramp on the left side,but its mainly on the right side. It comes and goes. My right hip is also hurting. I woke up this morning and my abdomen is sensitive to touch. It feels bruised or something. Is this a sign of an eptopic pregnancy??
