Hey everyone....The past like two weeks i've felt like a bad mom. Because I have no money right now, and I can't get alexander any summer cloths. He only has like four summer outfits. Patrick bought him like two...And I havent been able to buy anything for him. I feel bad cause i've only spent like 35 dollars on him myself so far and everyone else has bought everything. I want to get a job but I also have school and if I get an afterschool job, I wont get time to spend with alexander. So I was thinking about dropping, and getting my ged. But if I do that then I wont have a good education to get myself a really good job. Today I had to ask my grandpa if I could borrow 5 bucks for drop-ins for alexander cause im almost out. My mom is broke. We have no food what so ever...'cept like pork for dinner...And then penut butter and jelly for lunch. Today our milk went sour cause we need to defrost our refrigerator cause we have a crappy one. I just feel so sh!Tty right now Sad

Hey!! There are lots of places that you can get help!! Call your local churches and become a client with them!! They will give you baby clothes... Food for a month (every month) they may even give you some toys and stuff... Also there is wic... You can also get some help from social workers... Maybe you can talk to your social worker at your school and she can help you out alittle... Thats what they are there for... I know its hard... Don't quit school... Your right about needing an education... And you can also get food stamps... Look up the department of health for your state and you may find some helpful information... Also if there is a birthright center near you they can help and also clinics.. They can give you some things... Let me know if you want some info.. I used to voluteer at centers and clinics.... Don't fret!! You'll be fine... And if your really desperate... Department of children and families helps too... They don't just take your kids away like everyone thinks... They can help you out with some money and stuff!!

Don't feel bad your not the only one here who is struggling. I ust found out that my father in law in retiring si now we have to pay 200 dollars more rent. In this instant I am crying because I feel soo bad that my husband has to do everything on his own. I think I might have to put school on hold for a while. I'm soo stressed and right now I don't need this caca . So don't feel bad we all go through the same thing. I was thinking about how I am supposed to get cloths for me and my son this summer, nto to mentioned the baby comes in august. I guess we all at some point or another feel the same thing, but material things don't make you a bad mother. You love your son, and that's the most important thing.

Your an excellent mom! U gave your baby the best thing ...... Life!!! Everyone struggles I am myself. I am living with my bf's mom who is an alcoholic and my bf doesnt even work im worried myself about whos gonna work when its time for me to have my son. I told my bf if he doesnt do something soon that when dominic is born im outtie my sis opened her door to me. I will not let anyone drag me down. Its not an option. You will get through it. Go to churches in your area, they will be able to help you. Along time ago when my mom got out of rehab and found an apartment, they hooked her up with a car and furniture for us. But u have to be involved with the church dont just go to get thing and there is no better thing than to let god in your life, he wont give you more than u can handle. Keep your head up and smile it'll be ok. U learn and u live. ~ erica.

Well summers the right to garage sale and u can get summer clothes for like $.50 and even a quarter... There has to be some way, dont give up hope, if ur baby is in any sort of danger about gettting what he needs, they wont just sit there and let a baby suffer. Im not saying hes 'suffering' . .But they gotta make sure a baby is getting what he needs.. About the job.. U should see about getting a weekend job or even just a little bit of hours a week ,might be less time with the baby, but u gotta do what u gotta do... U could work weekends durin the day then u would still have the rest the day to spend with him. Even just workin 2-3 days a week parttime will help and it is possible with being in school. I wouldnt drop out of school honestly tho... And is there anyone else in ur family, aunt uncle etc that could lone u a little till ur on ur feet?
