Hello. I'm afraid of death and sometimes I have toughts about it not demons not angles no nothing just though and I'm afraid. Can you please help me ?

A lot of people are afraid of death. Does the thought of death throw you into a panic attack? Why are you so afraid of death? It's a natural process and it helps people to truley see why life is so precious.

When I have a panic attack I always seem to develop alot of diarrhoea which builds up in my underwear. I have had to wear a tampon up my rectum ring in the past but so much faeces accumilated...it popped out of my anus and diarrhoea splattered everywhere. It was like my legs where being showered in stinking waste. What can I do about this embarassing problem?

You should never use a tampon in your rectum... This problem requires medical attention, as soon as possible.
