Hey I was reading over this thread and I noticed you have "flight and flight" listed beside a few things and I just wanted to ask if you meant the "Fight or flight" response? I figured it was just a typo but if not then is it something else that I have never heard of maybe?

Fight or flight is your body's physical response to anxiety. It is an evolutionary leftover- It gets you geared up and ready for action, directing energy toward systems that would help you run fast or fight (fast breathing, heart rate, sharp senses) and directs energy away from unimportant systems (like the digestive system, cold limbs, etc) It's a physiological response to anxiety.

Does that make sense?

I know what fight or flight is, I was actually just pointing out a typo because it's a pet peeve of mine, but I didn't want to sound rude or anything.
