Hi shyen
You can have pain in your stomach with a UTI. Did your doctor do an ultrasound to check your bladder and kidneys? Sometimes stones can give people a lot of pain their stomach also, the pain is usually more in the flank area but if you are experiencing bladder stones they can give you stomach pains.
If the pain doesn't let up call your doctor again.

People react differently to medications it's possible the one he put you on is not working for you or you have something else going on.
Have you tried using a heating pad to get a little relief? If you are in a lot pain it might be best to go to the ER, they can at least get a jump start on a scan either an ultrasound or CT Scan, retest your urine and get some blood work done.
