no immune difficiencies but scar easily

I have light skin, I'm not of African descent. I heal pretty quickly but I scar easily. What could be reasons why? I don't have any immunity deficiencies, I do have polycystic ovarian syndrome and excess body hair but that's the only health problem that isn't mental or related to my scoliosis.

It's not acne scaring, it's from shaving cuts, things like that.
