Q: Anxiety and fatigue caused by shoulder injury ?

Hi im 25 years old and ive been diagnostic with GAD, im wondering if all this fatigue and anxiety i feel can be caused by my previous shoulder dislocations. Both are injured, i also have some vision problems, im near sited and astigmatic?

Just some personel opinions and input would be great Help!

Oh i forgot to add that im always tense in the upper back and neck area cause of injury and im guess stress aswell.
