my friend from india has been tested positive for the tb skin test , but he has no symptoms like cough , weight loss, fever ...He is as normal as any healthy man.But he devloped some pain in knee and swell under the neck.Can this attrbuted extra pulminory tb?
Is it possible for a tb infection to develop wihtout showing symptoms such as weight loss , fever etc?
