I am 10 weeks pregnant. I've had 2 miscarriages in the past two years and they were both early( 6 weeks with bleeding and 9 1/2 weeks with slight pain). I went for a check up on yesterday and the dr. prescribed progesterone pills and baby aspirin to help maintain the pregnancy. I'm scheduled for an ultrasound on friday and I am nervous that I may lose my baby. I only have slight pains in the lower left side of my stomach but I am still worried. Will this help me?
