because he thinks the guys who "wear those clothes are gay" i told him its fifteen hundred bucks PLUS a $300 AE store credit! and he STILL says he wont do it

we were approached randomly by this guy and he started to talk to travis and tell him about how AE is looking for male models to promote thier summer 08 clothing. then he said travis would be "just what they are looking for" and travis flat out said no he wasnt interested. but then i told the guy we would take the aplpication for it anyways. and hes not budging on it LOL

I wouldn't even worry about it Suzy. They just wanted him to fill out the app. Every guy that walked in there that was under 200 pounds was probably told the same thing.

It's super common. Trust me, I highly doubt that ae finds there models from the local mall. I've been approached I don't know how many times with the 'you would be perfect for....'. They just want you to go to there school/agency.

However he may be able to model through them for other things. I've never seen him. He should keep his mind open to the option of money.

my mom bought me 2 shirts and a cami for work and it was almost $90 and one was on sale! thank god for my mom or i don't know what i'd be wearing to work these days.

I'm just cheap. Especially when it comes to clothes. I love ebay and overstock and amazon. Same clothes, great lables....70% off. Plus we have some great outlets here.

I guess I'm just used to shopping at Old Navy? I wait until they put their clothes on sale and spend then.

Tell Travis that, duh, he is obviously NOT gay. And, chances are, he could not make that kind of money for doing something so easy! Just for wearing clothes! Its not like he has to TAKE THEM OFF or anything!
