Hi folks,

I seem to have a few of the symptoms of hypoglycemia...mental fogginess. concentration problems, but that's about it. The more I eat, the better I feel...almost instantly. This has been going on for a number of years.

Here's where I'm confused. I've had blood tests, tested my own sugar when High and low, and everything looks good. My blood sugar, even at my lowest hardly ever dips below 90, or goes up very high.

Can I still have hypoglycemia or reactive hypoglycemia if my blood sugar never drops below 90?

You might be reading it, or I should say taking it, at the wrong time. Take it when you get up before eating anything and then 1.5 hours after eating. Do this in the morning and then again before you go to bed, let me know in about five days what results you found. Symptom and level correlation is often very skewed, I know this from my own experience.
