Q: Pinkish Spots On Skin...

I have noticed recently that I have pinkish spots/blothes on my skin . Only on my sides it seems but they are worrysome to me.. They seem to go away partially when I bathe or just sometimes they arent as visible. Is this just a normal thing? Im kind of underweight so I dont know if that coudl be a reason or just my eating habits etc..? Well hope someone can help or give an idea..
