When sitting on a bus or at a computer desk i ocassionally feel a tightness in my left foot's pinkie toe.

I know its not a lack of blood flow to that toe from sitting becuase when i get this feeling i often try to walk it off but it still lingers for a small while.

i'm not over weight (120lbs male age 19) and i generally do eat healthy (i dont drink sodas or coffee nor do i eat candy or favor pastries) so i'm just curious as to why this occurs in my toe and if it should cause any worry.
