Hello everyone,
I just registered..I am a 35 Year old Woman who's had Anxiety,Panic Disorder and Agoraphobia since age 22.This last Year has been extremely stressful.My Father the last remaining immediate Family member died latter January 2007 (soon 1 Year).I've had to contend with a couple evil Family members since his death and needless to say my stress level and Anxiety has been off the charts.The past Year I've felt really weird sensations that scared me and made me very Anxious.Lately I feel very tight in my Chest with minimal SOB.Am wondering what I can do to ease this feeling/sensation.It kind of feels like trapped Gas only without the pain that goes along with it.It eases up some when I belch.
