I can not find any answers anywhere as to
what is wrong with me. I am overweight and
despite heavy exercise 3 times a week, I
can never lose an inch of fat off my
waist. It is so frusterating. I eat better
than my average weight siblings and
exercise as much, if not more. I am almost
always fatigued and exhausted, and get
sick way too often. Most of the time I
just feel like crap. I get headaches ALOT
and quite a few migraines. My body
temperatur is always a tad below normal
too. I am worried, I have been getting
worse, not better. Is it possible that I
am just destined to be fat forever? I need
answers or my life will no longer be worth
living if I feel and look like crap all
the time.

Have you been to the doctor?
I would go in just in case.

Thyroid Hormone Levels Posted: 01-14-08 16:57pm
make sure to get your thyroid hormone
levels checked. how old are you? what do
you do for a living? are you stressed
about something?
these things can all play a huge part in
your body's energy level, weight, and
resistance to illness.

I've been to the doc, oh, maybe a dozen
times in the last YEAR. I am only 16 years
old and yes I am more stressed, high
school is so f**king ridiculous these
days, than even my dad-and he's a
high-profile lawyer. I thought about
thyroid levels, i think you're right; the
next step should probably be to see an
endocrinologist.
