Q: Intense Vulval Itching

Iam two weeks postpartum after a normal vaginal delivery with episiotomy. I have intense vulval itching. There are no vulval lesions and i can spot a single catgut suture that has not fallen off till now. what should i do. There is no discharge, but the area is tender.
