Ph Levels / Milk of Magnesium Posted: 01-14-08 13:57pm
OK 36 hours into it, I am finding that
simple baking soda, which means therefore
my blood acidic level, is the key! I am
much better and feel like I am on the road
to recovery just simply by taking 1/2
teaspoon twice a day.
This has prompted me to do some internet
reading about PH levels. I have found the
one thing that has much more PH than
baking soda (which is actually
editable...) and that is Milk of
Magnesium. MoM has a pH of 11, while
baking soda is 9. I am not sure of the
health effects of downing a glass MoM
every day, but might this indicate that it
would really help bring down the pH maybe
somewhat quicker than baking soda in the
event of a gout attack?
If all of this easy stuff works, maybe I
will create a "gout treatment" package,
where I take MoM and baking soda, add some
food dye, and charge $100 for it! :>
