Q: Cramps, Diarrhea, Slight Fever And Pain

I started feeling sick a few days ago.. just a general discomfort in my stomach area.. almost like I was going to be sick but never actually did. I started having to use the bathroom to go #2 at least once an hour or so, sometimes more. It seemed if I were to drink something it would literally go right through me within minutes. I wasn't eating much because my stomach wasn't feeling good.

The discomfort/cramps got a bit worse over the next couple days and I had a slight fever (just over 100F). I continued to just lay down/sleep and try to rest it off.. this morning I was actually feeling a good deal better and had some food, now it's late at night again and my stomach is more upset now than it was the last couple days, and I've also noticed a slight pain in the lower left area of my stomach, just a bit above where my pubic hair starts. I noticed this a few hours ago when I went to the bathroom, and the few times I've had to go to the bathroom since then it seems to have gotten worse. I'm wondering if anyone might be able to help me and tell me what's wrong? I don't have insurance so I really don't want to go to the doctor if it's nothing serious..

sounds like a bout of stomach flu or food poisoning since you had a fever but if the pain on the lower left area doesnt go away in few days then i would see a doc.'
take a lot of fluids and rest and try some yoghurt to soothe the stomach.
hope you feel well soon.

Thanks very much. The pain was gone this morning when I woke up and I didn't have a fever, but the discomfort/cramps were much worse. I slept most of today and feel a bit better now, if the pain comes back I'll try going to the doctor. Thanks again!
