I get these weird eye tweaks and my body get paralyzed when i am about to wake up sometimes... I would just stare and think when my eyes are tweaking. After 3 minutes or so..the tweaking would stop and I could move again for about 5 second. If I don't get out of my bed during that time, it would continue the tweaking..

This happen sometimes when I sleep again after waking up.

anyone know what this is? Confused

Can you please explain how do you mean your eye is tweaking?
Are you thinking of involuntary contractions of your eyelid?

Do you get a feeling of "presence" at that moment?
Have you experienced strangling like sensation or crushing pressure on the chest?
Do you feel frightened?

Sleep paralysis - it is relatively common. When you are asleep, your brain puts your body into a paralysed state so that you do not get up (usually) to act out your dreams. For some people, the process of waking up is not properly synchronised and what you end up with is a conscious state but a body that still 'thinks' you are unconscious. Usually the situation resolves itself in a few seconds but if it troubles you, you can get medication from your doctor that helps to eradicate this.
