Well... I'm back... You probably won't remember me because it's been so long. My daughter in now almost 19 years old. Just gave birth to a healthy and beautiful baby girl. She did extremely wekll throughout her pregnancy. She took seroquel until the very end but stopped because she was going to breastfeed. She did great up until a week ago when I noticed I had ten Xanax missing from my bottle. I confronted her over the phone and she denied it completely. Found out later she had them but claimed they belonged to someone else. Also had a few little items missing from my home. She has her own place. My question is, how did she go for so long with NO "moments"???????!!!!!!!!!!!! The problems we had with her previous to her pregnancy was lying, stealing, dangerous behavior, hanging with the wrong crowd, grades dropping. But NO hearing voices, no hallucinations, no public outbursts. If you didn't live with her you wouldn't know it. We truly feel the pregnancy saved her life. Now this???? Do I need to be worried again???? She hates the seroquel and lithium because she gained an ungodly amount of weight. Help!!!!!!!!!!!

wow.. so sorry to hear that she's having problems again. it could be post pardum depression and she's trying to cover it up with the stolen meds?? it's hard to say because i don't know her.

lots of people with bp, depending on the type and person, can go long periods of time without any problems. bp illness has no cure.
