Q: exercises to bulk up

How can i broaden my self up i am 18 years old and about 6'4,but skinny i want to be wider, i look daft and out of proportion,any weights exersices or anything?

If you want to be wider and look better upper body wise, try these:
-Military presses
-Bench presses
-Bicep curls
-Lat pull downs
-Tricep curls
-Wrist curls
Also try the following for a more well rounded fitness profile than just being big and having muscular strength:
-Try running to improve body composition/cardio/lower body muscle endurance
-Try stretching to keep ur large body and muscles flexible
-Try pushups to train upper body muscle endurance

The main key to lifting is eating right avoid "junk food" and switch to lean meats like steak chicken eggs etc. If you want to be wider all the exercises fighter_in_the_sky_ mentioned will help but do them "wide grip" or beyond shoulder width apart, mostly stretch and rest after workouts.
