That's silly to say that there was no pre-cum, every guy has pre-cum it is a biological function meant for lubircation during sex, and yes you can get pregnant because it dose contain sperm. The chances of conception are lower but your still playing with fire, so unless friend wants a child, she needs to use protection. I don't know when your friend and her guy did this, but if its not too late they could always get Plan B....just to be on the safe side.
