If I am on the depo shot should I be taking any kind of vitamin or supplement, I was told it affects your calcium absorbtion.

yes when i was on it the nurse at the clinic always gave me a bottle of calcium pills to take every day. I know if you're on it for a long period of time it reduce the amount of calcium in your bones.
