I've been having some bad pains since Friday night (it's Sunday afternoon now). Sharp pains and dull aches centered in my lower abdomen. The pain even reaches to my legs, and left-mid stomach.

Sat. afternoon I took a laxative, with little result. Took another a few hours later with same result. Took an overnight laxative last night, and had diarrhea when I woke up, but the pain and pressure is still there. I've "gone" a little over the day, but not much.

I don't know how much more of this I can take. Sitting here, it feels like I'm pregnant (not in the realm of possibilities). I'm wondering now if it's not constipation at all... I just don't know.

I've got some anxiety issues, so I'm kinda starting to freak out a bit. Don't want to rush off to the ER for something completely stupid (also don't have health insurance), so I'm kindof a mess right now.

Anyone have any advice, or ideas of what this could be?
