I started taking birth control pills on the first day of my period and then after 5 days I decided to stop taking pill because I started having insomnia and anxiety at night. My period was almost done when I stopped taking pill but now it seems to be back again. Is it normal?

Yes, that is normal. When you stop taking birth control pills, your body goes through a hormone withdrawal. This triggers your body to shed your lining (have your period). You should talk to your doctor and see if (s)he can get you on a better pill that doesn't make you feel that way.
