I just discovered this today. Does it look like it could be something serious?

Ive taken a couple of photos with my webcam. Please tell me that it wont be something major.

Its almost like a flap of skin. ive noticed that its coming loose from the tonsil and is only attached by a thin layer of skin.

Please help...

it could be a papilloma but picture is not clear enough you should go to a maxillofacial surgeon to make a biopsy
