Q: Xaxax And High Blood Pressure

I was taking 1MG of Xaxax every six hours which was 3 MG per day. I am now taking 1.5MG per day split into three equal doses. Although I have been on the reduced dose for two-three weeks now I am noticing my face getting red at time and my blood pressure is a little high. Can Xaxax withdraw increase blood pressure?
