pain in upper chest and neck Posted: 01-11-08 21:16pm


I have been having pains in my upper left chest that have gone to the back of my neck today. When I take a deep breath and hold it, it goes away for a little while. All I did today was drive around for a few hours. The pains have been ongoing for about 4 hours on and off. Is this serious?
