Q: Fertility differences between men?

is it at all possible for some men to be more fertile than others?
this one guy i had sex with got his gf pregnant the first time they had sex (responsible, eh?)

...but he was only 17!

is it just a matter of timing? or does the guy have anything to do with it?

yepp it's both. and just because it was their first time doesn't mean that they have less of a chance of conceiving.
