I'm a firm believer in holistic practices. I think that the society's quick instinct to shove medication down someones throat is ridicilious. But in many cases, some new aged chemicals are NECESSARY. (take for instance my daughter's case of R.A.D)
Reflexology is waaaaaay different than let's say a tarrot reading and a spirit reading. Those I would NOT believe...at all. A palm reading....mrehhh...I'd prefer someone do reflexology on my hand than to read the lines on it. If you have a scar, or use your hands a lot for a trade/skill, that could EASILY change the result of the reading.
They(reflexologists) can tell by lumps in speficic areas if you have problems in certain areas. The areas of the feet/hands are ALL assigned to a specific organ. And if there is an off lump or swelling in a certain area, it tells them what may be wrong.
Really, it depends on how long the person has been studying/practicing reflexology. If they're new, I'd be a little on the pessimistic side. But if she was a long time reflexologist, than I would take her word for it.
it just really depends. But Reflexology is totally a legit way of detecting/healing problems.
