Ok im 19 and i have hardly no facial hair. You can see it when u come really close. It is light not really dark. It's like its growing really really slow.I have pubic hair and a little under my arms. My voice havent got really deep either. I was just wondering was that nomal or what.

Everyone develops at different rates. I didn't have to start shaving until I turned 19 and it still grows in slowly so I don't have to shave much.. I consider it a good thing...

Do not worry. My brother in law hit puberty when he was 25. Now he has a VERY thick mustache. So you have 6 years to go. No need to worry and no need to hurry!
