Cystitis, prostatis and orchitis....maybe
Fungal cystitis from a candida infection could cause that ( irritable bladder) and the funfal infection can creep into the prostate and cause the trouble with starting and emptying. Testicle pain could also be orchitis which coincidentally can also be caused by a fungal infection. Go see a good urologist and culture plate any discharges and make sure you have no sex with a woman who has a yeast infection. Good luck !
