My daughter is 4months old and for the past week HAS NOT been sleeping through the night. She has been waking up anywhere from 3-4 in the morning. I can sometimes rock her back to sleep, but last night was the worst. I would rock her back to sleep, put her in her crib and about 5 minutes later she would wake up again and start crying. SO, I tried feeding her thinking she was hungry. She ate 4 oz and I put her in her crib and she fell asleep around 5:15. She was back up at 7. I am worn out guys. What is going on? What can I do to change this?? I need help

Start giving her more to eat during the day. Since she is 4 months old, you could try starting her on a little cereal if you want and if you think she is ready, even tho you don't really need to until she is 6 months.

Oftentimes babies have a growth spurt around this age.

Another thing that could be bothering her is teeth. Some babies break through the gums at 5 months, so her little pearly whites could be cutting through the bone, which is actually more painful than cutting the gum. You can give her Tylenol before bedtime and see if that helps.
