Q: Pain In Back Across Lung Area

I have this pain across my mid back when I take a deep breath or stand, sit or move a certain way. I've had pluracy years before but the more I read about pluracy, the pain is in the front. I don't have any cold symptoms and in the past always had a cold then pluracy. Any help would be great. AMY
