ive had it for as long as i can remember,im 14 dk if that has anything to do with it.....its only on my left leg,just behind my knee...help would be apreciated,thanks

I don't believe that's a varicose vein that you are noticing....but an artery called the femoral artery. Here's an anatomical illustration:
