Hi, I'm 19 years old and have had this for a little over a month now.
It seems like a third testicle, same size, but connected to my right testicle. It is a harder then a testicle is, but not rock hard. It doesn't seem to be getting any bigger but its hard to tell. There is no pain at all.

Any idea what thing might be? I'm pretty worried about it! If you have any questions about it please ask.

Thank You for your time,

Go see a urologist immediately. Lumps can be a sign of an underlying problem. Testicular cancer is the most common type of cancer in young men. Half of all cases occur in men under 35 years old.
