Q: Strange Skin Bumps on penis

ive noticed some small bumps on the skin near the back part of the penis,that only appear where the hair grows.and some really small bumps that look a lil like pimples,have no idea what they are,no pictures ive found look like them,is this natural?? if not then what could it be?

it could be ingrown hairs. It could be pimples/irritation from sweat. Either of these two are completely normal and harmless. If you shave or trim your hair down there, it is very likely that you'd get ingrowns. And hair traps sweat, so if you're not bathing shortly after a workout or gettin sweaty, it's very likely that it's just irritation.
