So, We are buying half a house!! No, seriously. Mikes parents (mom) is taking a huge cut in her disability payment because his youngest sister will no longer be a dependent. And we just cant afford to live on our own and pay most of their bills. So, we are staying here and our names are going on the deed. So, we will own half the house.

We are in the process of building out the garage to make it basically a studio apartment. It has its own entrance now. We are building a HUGE walk in closet and we are also building out a small nursery. (big enough for a crib, changing table, and rocking chair) So, we are pretty excited. I just thought I would update everyone.

I'll update periodically with pictures until its done. So far all we have done is close it in and make the exterior wall. So here is a picture of my door. Lol.
