had chest jaw arm and rib pain!!!!

no explanation apart from anxiety
burning pain and grabbing rib pain ...!!!
does that sound anything like digestive really painfull shoulder blades ive had this for a year when i drink orange juice it gets worse

I get the same pains do u get pains in ur stomach i have been suffering for 3 months now and im stumped started after eating a mc donalds n now its constant i have been told to take gaviscon to ease the pain because my doctors think its errrrr gastritus i think they called got to go to my gp asap go see yours and see what they say keep me posted.

must be acid
If orange juice makes it worse it has to be acid indigestion.
