Awww I am sorry that your getting so many... But its from a lack of potassium... You get them alot when your pregnant cause baby is pretty much sucking you dry... Try eating more bananas or something else with alot of potassium... Or you could talk to you doctor and she could tell you a safe supplement you could take... Drink some more orange juice that has alot of potassium too.... Calcium can help too... Try drinking a glass of milk with your banana!! Lol seriously though.. There are lots of reasons for charlie horses and muscle cramps.... Dehydration is another reason... Sorry though I don't know where the originaton of charlie horse is from... Lol hope I helped alittle...

Point your toes up and it should take it away right away! That always worked for me!

Gypy-you are so resourceful! You know so many great tips!
I get these things a lot-we dont call them charlie horses though! They can be caused by having too much salt in your diet-a recommedation (if you have it over there) is quinnine water-its meant to reduce them. If you too try & get up and walk around or like jill said stretch your toes. I find gentle exercise helps get rid of them or massaging where the pain is can help too

Lol I don't want to be a party pooper or anything but quinine isn't good for you when your pregnant. You shouldn't drink it. And pointing your toes isn't good either... The reasons I have forgotten at the moment but I know that you shouldn't do them... (lol there are millions of things you "shouldn't" do) the list keeps getting bigger.
