Make sure you are losing fat instead of muscle. Most program tell you how to lose weight --you lose muscle and you will gain weight back as fat. So please be very careful about them.
I would recommend you to read the book"Dare to lose" by Dr. Shari Lieberman. It is very helpful to educate yourself before you try anything. here are some suggestions from her.
1) Detoxify--prepare you physically by cleaning out toxic substances that have built up over years of improper eating and other habits
2) Low glycemic index food based eating habit---No sugar rollercoaster
3) Take supplemens for an extra lift and burn--to increase your metabolic rate, suppress your appetite, reduce carbohydrate sensitivity and improve glucose tolerance and block absorption of excess fat.
4) Change your body composition with exercise--change from high fat to low fat and low muscle to high muscle.
