Does anybody know if it's a problem or ok to ovulate on the 11th and 12th day of cycle?
For a longest time it happened on the 14th day but lately it's on the 12th. This month our timing was perfect but not sure that the egg is ok since it was on the 11th. Is it ok to ovulate this early??? Help!!

I'm so sorry that I didn't respond earlier, I must have somehow missed this post.

Many women have shorter cycles that are around 26 days and they ovulate around cd 12. I would *assume* that it isn't a problem unless it goes before cd 10 (if this is occasional I wouldn't worry, only if it becomes a pattern)

How long is your Luteal Phase?

Thanks for your response Smile.
My luteal pahse is good..always 14 days.
I am right now 12 dpo and being on progesterone (100mg) since right after ovulation..because I miscarried twice. This is the first time they put me on it..and not sure what to do now. Any idea if I'm going to get my period while on it..or I have to stop taking it? Toooo scared to take a test just yet Smile. So far no sign of preiod but not sure it's because "it" happened or because of the progesterone.

I'm sorry for your losses. Hopefully (probably) the progesterone will stop that from happening again.

There is some mixed information as to wether the progesterone will cause you to miss your period. Most doctors say it wont interfer. However, most women say it will. Did you doctor tell you to test at 14 dpo and if negative to discontinue, or did they say to continue taking it until you get af?

I've taken it before, a few times actually. Are you taking prometrium? I had some pretty crappy side effects from it.

When are you going to test? You might get a bfp if you tested today!

What happened was that I was overseas to see my family for a week. And my obgyn there gave me progesterone. I kinda had a feeling that our timing was good..so I went to see him and he suggested to take them, but didn't tell me when to stop. They're suppositories...using it since last Thursday. Dont' really have any side effects. I took prometrium before..tried to save my second pregnancy with that..but was too late by then. Didn't have any side effects from that either.
I'm too scared to test now..Smile. I know it's silly..but I got my hopes up this months since both of my best friends and my sister in law just got pregnant. So I beleived that something must be in the air Smile..I know..crazy..but when you want something soo bad...
So you think it might not be the progesterone that holding my priod up? I have already left a message to my doc..hopefully he will answer soon.
I have a weird sign though...my brests are always tender for a week before my period until it starts..the pain never goes away before that! The only time it wasn't like that..when I got pregnant the last time (2 yrs ago). This month they started hurting..then they stoped about 2 days ago. Weird..don't know what to think of that. Any idea??
