cyst causing pain on right side ?

I had some bad pain start in the middle of my stomach, then completely quit hurting on my left side and stayed all on my right side and moved down for the whole afternoon. By late afternoon I could barely walk, went to ER when I got off work. The DR said he couldn't condemn my appendix because I didn't have rebound pain, no fever, no throwing up. I didn't have a kidney infection or kidney stones, my white blood cell count was fine. He told me to come back in the morning if I was still hurting. I was, went back at noon, he did a ct scan, found a cyst and sent me to my lady DR. Well, I started bleeding the next day for two days pretty heavily and hurt so bad, still on my right side. And the pain had moved up higher on my side and felt like I had a big ball of something in my side whenever I sat down. Well, Monday was O.K. of course I was on pain pills. Tuesday I decided to not take them to see how bad I still felt and it was really rough, almost as bad as the first day last week. So I called my lady Dr back and told him that I was still hurting really bad and also noticed that I was hurting under my ribcage on my right side. So he did a gall bladder sonogram and didn't see any gall stones, said he doesn't know what is going on ( on the ct scan they also looked at my gb and all my other organs too) and also said my cyst is only 2 cm and getting smaller so he doesn't know why I am hurting so bad. Anyone had any similar problems? The cyst is on my right side but he said the normally one that small you usually don't even know they are there. Any advice or experiences would be really appreciated! Thank You!
