I recently used one of these new scales that tells you your bmi,fat...etc.

It keeps telling me my body fat is 0.1%. I have repeated and repeated again the process. the scales in question have supplied reasonable results for all my friends who float around or fall within accepted levels. At first i thought "great", but having done a little reading on the net it doesn't look good.
These are the figures supplied and the results given
Age: 37 Hieght: 5'10'' / Weight: 9st 2lbs Bmi: 18 Fat%: 0.1% Hydration: 66.5%

Please advise.
