You can’t be sure if creatine bloated your face. Firstly, there is no data that supports the hypothesis that creatine can cause face swelling. Even if creatine causes swelling, it should have passed by now. You can perform several diagnostic tests to identify the reason for that swelling. The kidneys should be especially checked.
